In this session global organisational development consultant and motivational speaker, Celia Young will celebrate the rise of the Asia Century but uncover some of the subtle, yet often complex dynamics at play in working with multi-national organisations, leaders and teams. As she explores the realities and challenges from an Asian perspective, she will lead an interactive session to help participants understand how to bring about a culture change that truly embraces the diversity and contribution of the workforce in Asia. |
