Community Business' leading DIAN network is compiling a new resource guide

At a global level companies understand the importance of diversity and inclusion as an internal talent management strategy and also as a way to capitalise on the external market opportunities and gain competitive advantage.  However at the local level in Asia, many companies struggle to secure the buy-in and commitment of key local stakeholders because they are unable to define and articulate a compelling business case.  With a lack of local stories that demonstrate measurable and tangible impact in a way that resonates locally, diversity and inclusion is often dismissed simply as a nice to have, rather than a strategic business issue.


This resource will help companies understand and build the business case for diversity and inclusion in their organisations in Asia.
