This series is designed to give business managers and those responsible for their diversity and inclusion strategies in Asia a high level understanding of the key diversity issues pertinent to each country and  serve as a knowledge resource for companies wanting to develop their diversity strategy.  It seeks to shape the distinct lens through which business leaders think about diversity and inclusion in Asia and provide information to international readers interacting with businesses in Asia.

The Diversity & Inclusion in Asia Country View series focuses on the key areas of: gender, culture, generations, disability and sexual orientation and gender identity. Understanding Asia For many multinationals, Asia represents a key growth market - and as they recognise the increasing importance of Asia to their global strategies, they are investing heavily in the region. It is often assumed that Asia can be understood as a region, but because Asia is made up of myriad different cultures, businesses will be well placed to obtain a good level of understanding of the unique issues and context shaping each of their key markets in Asia. This understanding will be invaluable for multinationals working on creating and developing policies and programmes for different markets in Asia.
