Market Background

With a mix of races and four official languages it is a fascinating mixture of people and culture and may be described as one of the most culturally diverse centres in Asia. There are some unique challenges - such as harnessing the cultural diversity of its employees, responding to its ageing and dealing with the more sensitive issue of LGBT.  In many respects, Singapore is leading the way in Asia in terms of investing in and harnessing its diverse talent to enable all to contribute.  There will likely be many examples of best practice that can be learnt from Singapore and shared with other countries in the Asian region.
