Commitment to CSR

Team Building Asia is committed to maintaining a sustainable environment and giving back to the community.   Certified by Greenmyplanet as a carbon neutral company since 2009, our carbon footprint was measured and reduced through a restructuring, enabling us to offset unavoidable CO2 emissions.

Since our establishment in 2002, Team Building Asia has help make improvements in the community through involvement in community projects such as Operation Santa and pro bono campaigns.  We have supported UNHCR since 2006 by providing yearly team building programmes as part of their strategic planning.   Team Building Asia is also proud to be the chosen facilitator for the mural painting activity in the Anti-Drug Heroes campaign 2010, organised by the Narcotics Division of the Security Bureau, together with Yahoo! Hong Kong and HKFYG, in support of promoting anti-drug messages and greater awareness of drug vices.  To support BCF's mission, Team Building Asia donated team building programmes for auction in 2008 and 2009 at the Key Media HR Awards in Singapore to raise funds for Breast Cancer Foundation (BCF).   On 3rd December 2010, Enlighten-Action for Epilepsy was excited to hold its first Team Building Day supported by Team Building Asia.  We appreciate the recognition given to us by HKCSS and will continue to support charities by providing customised training programmes and projects.

Our most recent CSR effort has been providing pro bono training to the less privileged youths of Hong Kong through an event organized by Project Share.  Last November, we sponsored Douglas MacLagan, the founder of Child Welfare Scheme Hong Kong, for his four day marathon in Nepal as part of the Racing the Planet race series.  We have also delivered pro-bono team building programs for CWSHK in the past and we will continue to support them to help the children of Nepal.
