We are looking for a Manager of Consulting and Training, reporting to the Senior Manager of Consulting and Training. As a Manager, you will demonstrate a strong ownership to take the program execution and its strategy to the next level by identifying new business opportunities, reinforce Community Business as a content expert, and strengthen client relationships across the region.

Key Responsibilities

This is a full-time role reporting to Senior Manager, Consulting and Training and this role will include but not limited to the following responsibilities:


Training Design & Delivery

  • Working in partnership with other team members, contribute to develop training content
  • Support C&T team to convert clients’ requirements into deliverable content
  • Deliver C&T content to clients both in virtual and on-site settings
  • Review our standard offerings and clients’ post-training feedback to improve content and delivery approach if required
  • Be accountable for managing training logistics to execute sessions successfully


Relationship Management

  • Support client engagement process – understand their needs, engage with clients and internal stakeholders at CB actively to prepare the proposals
  • Identify opportunities both in offerings and clients
  • Network with companies to represent and promote work of C&T team as well as CBL



  • Proactively communicate and nurture relationships both with CBL people and clients
  • Research best practices and trends in training methods as well as D&I market


Basic Requirements

  • Self-motivated & capable of performing under dynamic environment and value teamwork
  • Good communication skills – oral, written and presentation
  • Experience in facilitation, public speaking, or client-facing work.
  • Experience in using different types of training methods for adult learning
  • Proficiency in various tools and platforms for effective online delivery (Zoom, Miro, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Office 365/ Fluency in written and spoken English language


Preferred Requirements

  • Qualification or certification in Organisation Development or Organisation Psychology, Learning & Development or in the field of training and education will be an advantage
  • Understanding non-profit sector and Diversity & Inclusion market
  • Experience in working for a sizable corporation/ organisation with stakeholders at all levels



The salary will be commensurate with the relevant experience of the successful candidate.
