SENIOR MANAGER, CONSULTING & TRAINING

Community Business, the leading not-for-profit organisation advancing responsible and inclusive business practices in Asia, is looking for a SENIOR MANAGER – CONSULTING & TRAINING. This position is ideally suited for a professional who is passionate about leading positive social change through D&I consulting and training.

This is a full-time role reporting to the CEO. The role will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Business Development and other CB programme managers, to actively develop leads and create business opportunities for the Consulting & Training team
  • Lead client engagement from initial prospect to contracting and service delivery

Business Management

  • Actively seek to improve and standardise internal workflows of the Consulting & Training (C&T) team, create improved visibility on workload and resource allocation
  • Lead annual budget planning for the team, generate income and manage expense to maximise the revenues of the team
  • Proactively utilise the CRM & accounting system to analyse client profiles, income streams, key sales drivers and identify market needs/opportunities

People Management

  • Support and facilitate effective collaboration within the C&T team and ensure successful delivery of content to clients
  • Coach team members to identify and develop their skills for C&T, and seek out solutions to their own learning and development needs

Training Design & Delivery

  • Identify needs and contribute to the development of new training content, and maintain regular review existing offerings
  • Convert clients’ requirements into deliverable content and ensure learning outcomes are met
  • Collate post-training feedback and continuously review to improve training execution, programme content, participant engagement and delivery methods

Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture ongoing relationships with clients, through effective identification of needs and solutions, along with timely and appropriate responses throughout projects and beyond
  • Proactively expand networking with D&I/ HR/ L&D professionals and experts across Asia and within client/member organisations
  • Represent Community Business as a market leading solution provide in D&I consulting and training at external events, client interactions and across social media
  • Identify and engage potential third-party vendors/facilitators for partnership opportunities and associate engagements

Others

  • Proactively research and report on best practices and trends in training methods and D&I
