Description

‘Moving from Fear to Trust – Building Teams for Creativity and Innovation’

Building successful teams need going beyond hiring for diversity and building for inclusion. Leading teams to drive better business performance through improved creativity and innovation requires an environment where employees feel secure enough to voice a contrary opinion. Creating a culture that enables creativity and innovation is a complex exercise, but one thing is clear – an individual’s ability to contribute to their full potential is greatly impacted by how safe they feel to speak up without fear of facing a fallout.

How important is it for people leaders to be demonstrating an appreciation for and a healthy relationship with the potential for failure? How can we build psychological safety within teams to ultimately enhance collaboration and alignment across business functions?
