DIAN India Open House: D&I trends for 20212020 has been a year of transformation that has impacted future of work immensely. As we look ahead to explore key trends, topics that will influence D&I strategy for 2021 and beyond in our DIAN India Open House, we invite D&I, HR and Business leaders responsible for design and implementation of D&I strategy to reflect and ideate. We will use brainstorming and brainwriting techniques to assess impact of these trends on D&I strategy of organisations and come up with some new ideas and directions to inform D&I strategy for 2021.
