Catherine Wong

Co-owner of Chorev

Catherine is the co-owner of Chorev and an ICF Certified Coach with a passion for helping people better communicate with and relate to others.  Previously the head of the Hong Kong office of a global communications consultancy, her experience has greatly influenced the design of her programmes to focus heavily on practice and feedback. She believes in giving supportive yet direct feedback to help leaders be more productive. Catherine draws upon years of experience in navigating various groups’ sentiments to reach a consensus. In this meeting, she will share how we can identify people dynamics to facilitate collaboration and build greater trust to deliver results. Emphasising why investing time and effort in communicating should remain a priority in testing times as it is critical to ensuring resilience within teams.

Peter Nixon

Founder, Potential Dialogue

Peter, an International Expert in Dialogue, Negotiation and Business Development, is also an author of four books exploring effective dialogue and developed creative tools such as Dialogue Playing Cards. His tagline “The Solution is in the Dialogue” is motivated by the many social, economic, and environmental problems we see today. Peter’s worked with several large banks and firms in the private sector. His public sector dialogues have included: Iran-US, Rohingya, Israel-Palestine, Aceh-Java, Tibet-China, Sunni-Shia, hostage negotiations, MH370/17 etc.

In this meeting, Peter will be sharing his deep expertise on this topic, demonstrating the ‘Challenge Mapping Method’, a tool from his Potential Dialogue system and how we can apply this to our world of diversity and inclusion.
