Description

This highly interactive and empowering workshop is for ambitious women who aspire to senior leadership roles but who sometimes hold back from taking the risks needed to build their leadership brand. It will focus on how they can embrace their feminine leadership strengths and practice authentic leadership in order to develop executive presence, cultivate more influential relationships, raise their visibility across their organisation, and elevate the collective performance of their teams. Participants will learn science backed strategies to identify their ‘blind spots’, get 'comfortable with discomfort’ and counter cognitive biases to seize opportunities for advancement, grow capacity to thrive under pressure and engage in the critical conversations essential for success.
