Meera Shenoy

CEO & Founder | Youth4Jobs Foundation

Meera Shenoy is the founder of Youth4Jobs Foundation. She is a pioneer in skilling rural, tribal and youth with disabilities and linking them to employment. She built from scratch a landmark state government skilling mission called Employment Generation and Marketing Mission (EGMM) which worked with rural and tribal youth. Its strategy and scale influenced India’s skilling policy. She then consulted with the World Bank and UN across South Asia in the poverty alleviation projects. She has now chosen to be a Change Maker to skill a more vulnerable section, youth with disabilities. In 7 years,Youth4Jobs has grown to be the largest in India. The first global centre has been set up in Mauritius with the consortium of leading bankers. Meera Shenoy has conducted many leadership sessions to sensitize leaders on diversity and inclusion practices.
