Katrina North

Founder, Inclusion by Design

Katrina North is an MBA quilted experienced executive and non-executive director with a background in strategy and governance.

Most recently Katrina was the Head of Diversity and Inclusion, Asia Pacific, leading a cross cultural team of 9 accountable for the inclusion experience of the ~45,000 “EYers” across the 22 countries of Asia Pacific and representing APAC globally for the firm.

Successfully increasing the inclusion experience year on year required the cultural agility to successfully navigate the “clear white space” of cultural preferences across APAC to recognise, value and harness the value of difference in the service of better outcomes and experiences.
