Founder, sHero

For a decade, Christine has been addressing the concerns of contemporary women in China. As a public speaker, independent producer and Fortune 500 workplace consultant, she covers array of women's issues, including breaking barriers, work-life balance, health and wellness, relationships and building self-esteem. In 2011 she departed from the corporate world to start sHero, an organisation with a mission to empower women through employment, education and engagement. As the founder, she began to promote 'dialoguing' among women that cultivates collaborative action and collective responsibility back in 2006. Under the umbrella of Fusion Enterprises, the company she founded in 2014, Christine has independently produced influential women forums. She advises corporations on leadership and diversity issues, spearheads panels, and delivers keynotes on a variety of related topics. Based in Shanghai, Christine has held leadership positions in multi-national companies including Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, Honeywell and Richemont.
