A Millennial herself, Fyiona Yong is known as a Millennial Leadership Coach and a "Generational Bridge Builder” who believes overcoming generational differences and embracing generational diversity will lead to increased productivity and morale. She is most passionate about supporting young and new leaders to set them up for success to lead and inspire their teams.

She had a 14-year career in Oil and Gas with Leadership roles in Finance, Digital Transformation and Operations and in her most recent corporate role she was appointed the worldwide youngest Head of Operations for Shell.

She now partners with top executives in the banking, retail, media and apparel industry and is also one of the youngest Associate Certified Coach (ACC) in Hong Kong and Asia, credentialed by the International Coach Federation and featured in Forbes, TVB Pearl Magazine, Asian Entrepreneur Magazine and HR Magazine APAC.
