In this third in a series of LIVE! Days for 2020, and in celebration of World Mental Health Day, we bring you a programme of webinars exploring the role of companies in promoting and supporting the emotional wellbeing of their employees

Description

The concept of employee wellbeing has evolved in recent years. Beyond a pure focus on work-life balance, it requires a more holistic approach that encompasses a focus on work-life harmony, physical wellbeing, emotional wellbeing, and financial wellbeing.

LIVE! Days

Throughout 2020, we are presenting a series of 4 LIVE! Days - a programme of webinars on each of these themes broadcast via our Asia Employee Wellbeing Virtual Platform:

With webinars designed for different audiences – from employee wellbeing, HR and D&I professionals to general employees, we invite you to participate in these LIVE! Days to discover new ways to promote a culture of wellbeing in your organisation.

Emotional Wellbeing is about encouraging employees to be mindful of their emotional and mental state. Only by nurturing positive mental health and building resilience are employees able to deal with the daily stresses of life and function at their best.
