In this fourth in a series of LIVE! Days for 2020, we bring you a programme of webinars exploring the role of companies in promoting and supporting the financial wellbeing of their employees

Description

The concept of employee wellbeing has evolved in recent years. Beyond a pure focus on work-life balance, it requires a more holistic approach that encompasses a focus on work-life harmony, physical wellbeing, emotional wellbeing, and financial wellbeing.

LIVE! Days

Throughout 2020, we are presenting a series of 4 LIVE! Days - a programme of webinars on each of these themes broadcast via our Asia Employee Wellbeing Virtual Platform:

With webinars designed for different audiences – from employee wellbeing, HR and D&I professionals to general employees, we invite you to participate in these LIVE! Days to discover new ways to promote a culture of wellbeing in your organisation.

Financial Wellbeing LIVE! Day

In this fourth in a series of LIVE! Days for 2020, we explore the role of companies in promoting and supporting the financial wellbeing of their employees.

Financial Wellbeing is about encouraging employees to learn about and take charge of their personal finances, a common source of anxiety and stress. A proactive and forward-looking approach to financial management can create peace of mind and security, boosting overall wellbeing and performance.

To view this programme of webinars your company needs to have access to our Virtual Platform by being a registered subscriber of Asia Employee Wellbeing Link.  The annual subscription fee is US$500. In 2020 this fee is waived for DIAN and DIAN India members.
