In this webinar, Cassandra will share her story about how she steered her life without losing hope or gratitude. She believes joy and gratitude are integral elements to fostering positive emotions, as well as to nurture resilience which helps us navigate complexity and uncertainty in our life. With her extensive counselling experience and avid work as an advocate for PwD, she will guide us with practical advice about how you can identify joy and gratitude in your own language and how to practice this in your daily life.
