At this public workshop, on Including Persons with Disabilities and Neurodivergent Talent in the Workplace, companies, who have increased their workplace engagement with people with disabilities and neurodivergent talent, will share their experiences, and provide valuable insights into their initiatives.

The Panel Discussion will have three senior leaders share their company’s D&I journey in hiring and recruiting this talent group, along with sharing their experiences and learnings from addressing some key challenges.

Objectives of Event:

  • Acknowledging that people with disabilities and people with neurodivergent talent present opportunities for organisations
  • Providing a learning experience from the corporate experiences around D&I programmes on the inclusion of differently abled talent
  • Encouraging companies to include this talent into hiring programmes within their own organisations

Event Speakers

Sanjay Menon

Managing Director - Publicis Sapient, India

As the Managing Director for Publicis Sapient India, Sanjay is responsible for driving the strategy, capability development, and growth of Publicis Sapient’s India presence and maintain its status as hub of the company’s globally distributed delivery network.

Having been with the company for over 20 years, Sanjay has been instrumental in growing Sapient’s India operations since its inception. He has served in various business and delivery roles including running key account P&Ls, managing global delivery for some of the business units as well as growing digital marketing services capability from India.

Prior to joining Sapient, Sanjay was supervisory consultant with the Management Consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies and a Master’s Degree in Finance.

Jyoti Nair

Executive Director - JPMorgan Chase & Co., India

Jyoti leads the Strategy and Business Services at GTI India and APAC and joined JP Morgan in Jun 2018. She partners with global and local partners in GT/ GTI on strategic initiatives, product transformation efforts focusing on business outcomes, and organizational strategy.

She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Mysore University and an Executive MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.

In a career spanning over 25 years, she focused on growth strategies and organization transformations through building team capabilities, team effectiveness, operating models and organization re-designs. Prior to JPMC she has worked in several companies ranging from startups like Hacker Rank and Flipkart to Yahoo and Motorola.  
She is a people person who believes in positive disruption for a better future and welcomes suggestions and ideas from everyone to make that happen in the workplace.

Priyanka Bhatnagar 

HR lead for North America market; HR lead for Inclusion & Diversity for Accenture Technology (ATCI) - Accenture Technology, India 

Priyanka has been instrumental in shaping I&D strategy & plans for ATCI. In a career spanning for over two decades, Priyanka has been with Accenture for 18+ years, where she has played numerous roles in India and globally.

Priyanka has expertise in areas of talent strategy, inclusion and diversity, culture building and employee engagement. She has worked extensively in creating inclusive workplaces, bringing in more talent with disabilities into Accenture and creating an enabling ecosystem.
