Live-Action Role-Playing (LARP) Game: “Sign”

Immerse yourself in new roles and in new environments that stimulate introspection and self-exploration, perhaps changing the way you see yourself or how you behave in society.

Description

How does hearing loss affect a person? People with hearing loss are often presented with fewer educational and job opportunities. As a result they can face social withdrawal due to reduced access to services, difficulties communicating with others, and emotional problems caused by a drop in self-esteem and confidence.

Immerse yourself in new roles and new environments that stimulate introspection and self-exploration. Gain a deeper understanding of sign language, communication and deafness. The goal in this game is to affect players in the long run, perhaps changing the way they see themselves or how they behave in society.

Who should attend:

CSR practitioners, HR/marketing leads, NGO/SE professionals, and employees who organise employee volunteering
