Description

This highly interactive workshop will use drama as a technique to bring conscious and unconscious biases to life. We will look at how they impact on everyday workplace behaviours and decisions for leaders and managers.

Using our unique ‘Steps to Change’ approach we will take attendees through the following learning journey:

  • SEE how things are and how they should/could be different in order to create truly inclusive cultures
  • OWN the fact that we all have biases and that we can choose whether to act upon them
  • CHANGE beliefs to demonstrate inclusive leadership and inclusive cultures
  • LIVE inclusive leadership

Key Takeaways:

  • Deep understanding of what biases are and why we have them
  • Insight into the impact that the behaviours of leaders/managers can have on others
  • Ownership of the fact that we all have biases and that we can ALL do something to address them
  • Understanding of what it really means to be an inclusive leader
  • Tangible actions/changes that can be put into practice in the workplace to ensure inclusivity
