David Sheehan

David Sheehan is Head of Pastoral Care at Nord Anglia International School Hong Kong. In addition to a Masters degree in Counselling, he has post graduate qualifications in Inclusion/Learner Support and Psychology. David has extensive experience in the UK, the USA and now in Hong Kong, of providing social, emotional and behavioural support to ensure every child in his care can thrive academically.
David has 20 years’ experience in education. During this time, he has had a variety of curriculum, pastoral and leadership roles. In addition to the warm, nurturing environment that he is dedicated to cultivating, David believes that it is vital to create rigorous pastoral systems and procedures.

Megan Lam

Meg is CEO and Co-Founder at Neurum Ltd. She is excited about meaningful changes to how healthcare is accessed and delivered - accounting for different social, cultural, and economic contexts. Particularly, the applications and feasibility of digital health solutions in East Asia. During her research fellowship at Yale School of Medicine (Department of Psychiatry), interests towards tracking health prior illness onset, and the intersection of mental health and technological innovation grew.
Testament to this, she serves on the executive board for Global Innovations and New Technologies (GIANT) Health Event.

Mridula Sankhyayan

Mridula is the founder of Vatt Vriksh Consultants which is a Talent Development Consulting Practice. Her expertise lies in leadership coaching, training and diversity and inclusion strategy and practice. Mridula acquired rich experience in the last 25 years of her career as a leadership coach, professional and behavioural trainer and driving D&I strategy for organisations like Goldman Sachs, Nomura, Flipkart and Genpact. She built her credibility as a lead for talent development and worked in various geographies including England (London, Reading), Middle East (Dubai, Sharjah), APAC and India across Financial Services, IT, BPO and Services. She has coached and mentored many senior business leaders as they navigate their careers and businesses forward.

Sky Siu

Before joining KELY, Sky has worked in adolescent health research and local and international community development projects, including those related to women’s empowerment in underprivileged South Asian nations.
In 2005, Sky co-founded a support network in Hong Kong for over 50 ethnically Chinese third culture teens.
Sky is also a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shaper Community, a network of young people selected for their talent, potential, and commitment to make differences in their communities.
