As Hong Kong’s wealth gap has widened to more and more over the last 40 years, poverty in the city has hit a record high, with 1 in 5 people now living below the poverty line.

By engaging in this powerful experiential activity, participants can learn about poverty alleviation, increase their understanding of the dynamics of poverty and experience, on a small scale, the struggle for self-sufficiency many poor people in our society face.
