Description

This research-based workshop focuses on the specific needs and capabilities of women and provides the knowledge and support they need to succeed while adding value in their roles as corporate leaders.

Utilising insights from the Perceptions Survey and best practices, D&I representatives will be able to –

  • Understand the needs of women in the workforce in India
  • Be aware of the support system they need
  • Empower women to define their attitude, values and behaviours in relation to their own real interest.
  • Empower women to define their values and formulate their beliefs themselves, and not be led by their ecosystem

Jacintha Jayachandran

Jacintha Jayachandran works in the area of leadership development and has worked with over 5000 delegates in various organizations. She has been instrumental in launching lead now.in,a product to enable leadership among women. She has consulted with many organizations in change management and talent management initiatives. Her dream is to nurture women leaders and truly contribute to confidence and skill building across India. Prior to becoming an entreprenur , she has worked with Infosys Technologies, Hewlett Packard and OnMobile Global Ltd. She is a passionate and voracious reader and likes to write too.
