Provides the knowledge and support women need to succeed as corporate leaders
This research-based workshop focuses on the specific needs and capabilities of women and provides the knowledge and support they need to succeed while adding value in their roles as corporate leaders.
Utilising insights from the Perceptions Survey and best practices, D&I representatives will be able to –
- Understand the needs of women in the workforce in India
- Be aware of the support system they need
- Empower women to define their attitude, values and behaviours in relation to their own real interest.
- Empower women to define their values and formulate their beliefs themselves, and not be led by their ecosystem
