Description

Do you find it challenging to have respectful conversations with your colleagues on politics, religion, race and other polarising topics? Whether we like it or not, or are prepared for it or not, people are talking about these issues, or at minimum, thinking about them. This impacts productivity, engagement and employees’ sense of safety and well-being.

In collaboration with the Diversity & Inclusion in Asia Network (DIAN), renowned D&I expert and master strategist, Mary-Frances Winters, will launch her latest book, We Can’t Talk About That at Work. Join us in an armchair discussion with Mary-Frances as we explore how to manage sensitive conversations in the workplace!

Note: This event is open to all D&I practitioners, advocates and anyone interested in the topic.
