Bridging the Generation Gap in India

Bridging the Generation Gap in India
Community Business India Conference 2017
PANEL DISCUSSION
Whilst the demands of Gen Y dominate many diversity strategies, it should not be forgotten that the Indian workplace is increasingly made up of employees from multiple generations. Shaped by different influences and with different working styles and communication preferences, the potential for generational differences is high. In this session we invite corporate representatives from the different generations in India to share ways companies can bridge the generational gap. We also illustrate how hearing the perspectives of multigenerations can lead to a deeper insights and a greater diversity of thought.
