The Business Case for Employee Volunteering Race for Mentors 2004 - A tripartite relationship
Through the case study of a company's emplyees mentoring youth from ethnic minorities from a local government school, this report cleary demonstrates a business case for employee volunteering. It has also shown that tripartite relationships can work worrectively and be beneficial to all parties involved.
