She helps organisations leverage diverse teams to drive competitive value and has held management posts at JPMorgan and Deloitte.
Jane holds a degree in Economics/International Studies from Cornell University and is an advisor to the Center for Talent Innovation. She led the research for The Conference Board’s culture and leadership study in China.
