Our ability to manage stress, be resourceful and bounce back from adversity or difficult situations is critical. In this session, we identify common triggers of stress and explore strategies for building inner resilience. We also examine how to build resilient teams to buffer individual team members against known risk factors and minimise effects of stress.

In this interactive session we will practice active listening to help you hone your skills as an empathetic and responsible leader and team member.
