In China, we drive DE&I discussions through our roundtables, sharing sessions (DIAN Circles and DIAN Roundup) and research. Our initiatives encompass essential themes such as innovation and artificial intelligence, access and accessibility, workforce diversity, ethics, education, skill development, understanding the barriers to social mobility, empowerment and leadership.

We will be delving into the topic of Innovation and Artificial Intelligence, exploring, access and accessibility, workforce diversity, and Education Skill Development through a Roundtable format. Additionally, our Sharing Sessions will cover the DE&I trends in China.
