Description

In commemoration of International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia (IDAHOT), the Gala Dinner will celebrate and recognise the exceptional dedication and accomplishments of individuals, companies and organisations in promoting LGBT+ equality and inclusion in the Hong Kong workplace and community.

We will announce the results of the LGBT+ Inclusion Index and reveal the winners of 5 LGBT+ Inclusion Awards.

Full refunds will only be granted on written requests received by Day 14.04.2019 (1 month prior to the event). No refunds will be granted after this date. Substitutions will be accepted up until by Day 07.05.2019 (1 week prior to the event). To make a substitution, simply update your registration online via your profile, alternatively please contact us.

If a Force Majeure Event* occurs, Community Business may, at its sole discretion, cancel or re-schedule any aspect of the Conference and such cancellation or re-scheduling will not be subject to any refund, penalties or additional fees or charges for Community Business.

All photography and videography captured is for the sole use by Community Business for marketing purposes. If you do not consent to your image or likeness being captured and used, please contact us.

* A “Force Majeure Event” shall mean any circumstance beyond Community Business’ reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, floods, earthquakes, war, acts of the public enemy, riots, acts of military authorities, disease, civil disturbance, labour disputes, strikes, fires, embargoes, unavailability of power or communications facilities, unavailability of public transit, or tropical storms or typhoons.
