⚠️ Community Business Awards Postponed Due to T8 Weather Warning in Hong Kong⚠️ 

We regret to inform you that the 2024 Community Business Awards ceremony scheduled for tonight, September 5th, has been postponed due to the upcoming T8 weather warning to be issued by the HK Observatory. The safety of our attendees and staff is of utmost importance, and we cannot proceed with the event under these weather conditions.  

Given the months of hard work and anticipation, we are deeply saddened by this decision, especially for our finalists who traveled from outside Hong Kong to attend.  

We are currently working on determining a new date for the awards ceremony and will provide an update as soon as possible. In the meantime, we urge everyone to follow government guidelines and stay safe indoors until the storm passes. 

While it may take some time to announce the winners, we assure you it will be worth the wait! Thank you for your understanding and support during this time. Stay safe!

The Community Business Awards celebrate the achievements of organisations and individuals in Asia who are champions of DE&I and Wellbeing across Asia. Nominations for the Awards have now closed and we will be announcing the finalists soon so stay tuned for further updates!

Programme

A cocktail-style Awards Ceremony celebrating advancements in DE&I and Wellbeing across Asia. The event will include refreshments, entertainment and the announcement of the winners.

150+ physical guests and accumulated 2,000+ YouTube views after the event including: Business leaders, HR, DE&I and wellbeing professionals, opinion leaders, NGOs, media, community groups and academia from across the Asia regions.

 

Tickets

• Standard Ticket Price: HK$500 (US$64) per person. 10% discount is available for purchase of five or more standard tickets
• Finalist Discount Price: HK$350 (US$45) per person for the first two tickets. From the third ticket, you will be charged at the standard price HK$500 (US$64) per person.
• NGO/Social Enterprises Price: HK$200 (US$26) per person

While this is a cocktail event, we embrace diversity and individuality in our attendees' attire. There are no strict dress code rules, so we encourage you to wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident. Whether you choose a business, semi-casual, or cocktail outfit, or even cultural attire, the key is to express your unique style. Our focus for the evening is to celebrate the incredible achievements of all nominees and winners, and we want you to enjoy the event in a way that feels right for you.

The 2024 Community Business Awards Ceremony is our only fundraising event of the year and the profit from this event will be used to sustain Community Business' work in advancing DE&I and wellbeing in Asia. Unlike in previous years we will not be running a Gala fundraising event, so we appreciate your support at this event to celebrate the advancements made in DE&I and wellbeing among our community.
