Description

Diversity strategies are more than just about ensuring a diverse representation by gender, culture, age and sexual orientation. At its heart diversity is about embracing a breadth of backgrounds and experiences to contribute to business success. In this context, military veterans, with their spectrum of skills needed to thrive in a VUCA world (leadership, problem-solving and resilience to name just a few), offer unique value to the corporate world. As an alternative talent pool that many companies have not yet considered or leveraged, in this DIAN India Meeting we explore strategies to engage veterans in the workplace in India

This event is for DIAN India members only. Please Contact Shamila Lahiri for registration.
