Description
This session is part of the DIAN Week 2020 programme, and is for DIAN members only.
In this two-part working session we focus on addressing inclusion challenges originating from the rise of a virtual, disrupted working environment. This session is an opportunity to review 2020 and share learnings with key D&I representatives from peer organisations in the APAC region. The first session explores strategies to manage critical D&I challenges by adopting a VUCA mindset. Participants then have the opportunity to apply insights from session 1 and reflect on their 2021 D&I plans, before returning to session 2.

Requirement
- At least one of the representatives from each participating company must attend both Part 1 and Part 2.
