Cognitive Diversity in the Asian Context


This research examines the challenges and opportunities for companies to address cognitive diversity as a way to broaden current diversity efforts. Based on interviews with experts and practitioners, it highlights how developing an intentional approach to cognitive diversity may enhance the current focus on demographic diversity. This research examines: 


  • How cognitive diversity complements current approaches to diversity and inclusion  

  • Corporate case studies on addressing cognitive diversity in the region​
