Programme Manager / Programme Associate
Community Business is looking for a Programme Manager. This position will be based in Bangalore and is suited to an experienced professional who is passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) in the workplace. Candidate with less experience may be considered as Programme Associate.
Programme Manager
This full-time role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Content Development: Independently develop event, marketing and training content for the programmes of Community Business.

Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of Community Business’ DE&I strategy.

Public Profile: Build personal profile as a credible expert. Represent Community Business in public forums and continue to develop Community Business’ position as a thought leader and content expert.

Relationship Management: Build, nurture and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (existing clients, prospects, partners, vendors and professionals), and ensure credibility and trust with a growing database of contacts.

Business Development: Expand network and engage widely with companies and professionals to grow membership, identify new project opportunities, and follow through with proposals.

Project Management: Be accountable for development and implementation of DE&I projects, including consulting and training, campaigns and events, and ensure to deliver the successful results on time and on budget.
We are looking for an individual with:

Content expertise and credibility in the space of DE&I.

Understanding of the corporate world and passion for impacting positive change in the workplace.

Experience in Learning & Development or executing trainings, workshops or other learning programmes for clients would be an advantage.

Self-motivation, confidence and drive to build on an existing strategy and take to the next level. Demonstrated ability to ‘make things happen’, taking ideas and converting into practical action plans.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills with credibility in front of clients.

Ability to network, build relationships and work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including partners, clients and team members.

Strong organisational, project and event management skills with strong planning and follow-through on execution.

Ability to respond proactively to dynamic situations and market needs.

Excellent interpersonal skills with sensitivity and awareness to communicate effectively in a multicultural workplace and marketplace.

High proficiency in MS Office and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom or MS Teams.
Programme Associate
This full-time role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
-
Contributing to the development and execution of Community Business’ campaigns, events, and consulting and training, and maintaining our position as a thought leader. This includes:
-
Project management;
-
Developing content expertise to build credibility as a subject matter expert;

Preparation of presentation materials and content;
-
Drafting of newsletters and communications;
-
Planning, executing, and supporting launches, media briefings, events, workshops and seminars;
-
Engaging with and coordination of various parties including clients, other teams, partners, and vendors;
-
Updating and maintaining key client databases to ensure relationship tracking;
-
Networking and building relationships with key partners in the field locally, regionally and internationally;
-
Providing administrative support.
Candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
-
Degree holder or equivalent, preferably in a related field.
-
Passion for the subject of DE&I with a keen interest to learn and develop subject matter expertise in these areas.

Good organisational, project and event management skills, with the ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and different priorities concurrently.

Strong English language skills - both written and verbal.
-
Creative-thinking and problem-solving skills.
-
Self-motivated, with ability to work independently.
-
Resilient, adaptable, and enjoys working in a dynamic, stimulating and fast-moving environment.

A good team player who enjoys working in a multicultural working environment.
-
Confidence to communicate and interact with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Experience in public speaking and delivering presentations would be an advantage.

High proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and being comfortable in using MS Teams and Zoom platforms.
Salary
The salary will be commensurate with the relevant experience of the successful candidate.
