Description

Join us for this session where we will present key regional and local findings of our latest study, the 2019 Gender Diversity Benchmark for Asia, on the representation of women and the gender pay gap in the workplace. Leveraging data from Willis Towers Watson’s 2018 Global Data Services Compensation & Benefits Survey, the study draws insights from close to 4.8 million employees at more than 3,600 companies across 10 Asian markets. We will also be joined by Vinika Rao, Director of INSEAD Gender Initiative, in an armchair discussion on the evolving meaning of female leadership across generations.

Why attend:

  • Gain access to regional and local data on the representation of women by job level, industry, function and age, as well as the gender pay gap, in Singapore and across Asia.
  • Increase understanding on the intersectionality of gender and age in the workplace, as well as its implications to diversity and inclusion strategies.
