Virtual work and hybrid workplaces are now the norm, disrupting the way work is traditionally done and challenging efforts to promote a culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging. With new potential sources of inequality emerging, this calls for a radical rethink of policies, practices and support systems for employees.  

In this DIAN India Meeting, we delve into this topic and seek to take a fresh look at how diversity and inclusion strategies need to keep up and adapt to the changing workplace context.  

The session will commence with an India context overview of the Hybrid working model by Community Business. This will be followed up by an interactive panel discussion with the participation of Senior D&I professionals, to provide a corporate perspective on the topic.
