With Olivia who is avid about addressing and tackling social stigmas around menstrual health, we will discuss what the common barriers are in the workplace to open up conversation on this topic. Also, we will explore how to increase awareness on menstrual health and create a more supportive workplace environment as colleagues, people leaders, and HR professionals.
