Enoch Li

Founder, BEARAPY

Enoch is a social entrepreneur and Founder of BEARAPY – a B2B social enterprise that provides mental wellbeing consulting and training to prevent workplace burnout and strengthen employee wellbeing in creative ways. With lived experience in burnout and clinical depression, Enoch brings an empathetic and personal touch to all her work. She has helped tens of thousands of people through Bearapy, her writing, and speaking. Her latest book, Stress in the City, shares her personal journey, discusses some fun ways to cope with depression, and how adults and parents can be playful. Her work is widely recognized in the society: she was awarded the Social Contributor of the Year 2018 Award by the International Professional Women's Society in China, and the Speaking Out Award by Mind HK. Enoch is also a Leadership Consultant on group dynamics at INSEAD business school and is on the China Representative of the Global Mental Health Peer Network. Previously, Enoch worked in managerial roles in the banking & finance sector.

Gian Power

CEO of TLC Lions

Gian Power set up his first business aged 13 and later worked at Deutsche Bank and PwC and witnessed first-hand some of the wellbeing & inclusion issues that need to be tackled in the corporate world. In 2015 aged 23, an unexpected family tragedy changed Gian’s life forever. Whilst working in the city, Gian found out his father had been murdered. When returning back to work, Gian saw the power of being able to share his emotions and being his full self at work. Recognising that everyone has a story, he wanted to encourage others to share and saw the power of storytelling.

His experiences and inner resilience sparked his passion for prioritising wellbeing and inclusion in the workplace. Gian is the founder of TLC Lions and The Unwind Experience and is passionate about igniting emotion in the workplace, encouraging others to share and be themselves at work.

Gian’s work has been featured globally and reached over 53 countries and now supports over 65 companies including Amazon, EY, GSK, Sony Pictures and many more. Back in the UK, Gian is supported by Westminster and hosts his own round tables in the House of Lords to further the agenda alongside the UK Government - stressing the importance of inclusion and wellbeing in the work place.

Paul Lyons

CEO of Mental Toughness

Paul Lyons is an experienced Chief Executive and an authority on Mental Toughness, using the leading global mental toughness framework and psychometric measure, MTQ Plus. As Managing Partner of Mental Toughness Partners, a regional network of HR advisers, coaches and specialist resilience practitioners, he coaches leaders on developing their personal mental toughness and on building resilient organisations in the corporate, education and health, government and sporting sectors. He is a regular contributor to Wellness Daily and is a 2018 Linked In Voice. A Chartered Accountant, he previously he spent 25 years as CEO, leading recruitment companies, Michael Page Asia Pacific and Ambition, which he also co-founded.
