Nadine Vogel is Founder and President of Springboard Consulting LLC. Springboard collaborates with multinational corporations, Federal governments and national agencies around the world on initiatives to successfully mainstream disability in the global workforce, workplace and marketplace. Springboard also produces the Disability Matters Awards Banquet and Conference which takes place in North America, Asia and Europe and honours those firms that are making great strides in supporting this segment of the population, now the largest minority segment in the world, through diversity, work-life, human resource and marketing/branding initiatives. Prior to founding Springboard, Nadine held a variety of executive positions in both Corporate America and the non-profit sectors. Nadine is the author of DIVE IN, Springboard into the Profitability, Productivity and Potential of the Special Needs Workforce, a highly acclaimed must-read business book. She is a regular contributor to Profiles in Diversity Journal, has authored articles for many other professional, industry and consumer publications and has appeared on TV often. Nadine is also recognised as a powerful informational, motivational and inspirational speaker who is recognised for her civic and professional activities and has received numerous awards and accolades. She resides in New Jersey, in the United States, with her husband and two daughters, both of whom have special needs.
