Responsible businesses recognise the role they have to play in improving the ability, opportunity and dignity of people disadvantaged on the basis of their identity and seek to respond in a positive and proactive way. One of the most visible ways a company can differentiate itself as a response business is to promote social inclusion by creating opportunities for disadvantaged or under-represented groups to participate more fully in society. In this session, we showcase different strategic interventions developed by leading companies and explore how innovative approaches and employee engagement have impacted the community as well as their business, providing a forum for inspiration and learning.
