Through professional development sessions, 1:1 mentoring by industry leaders and engaging in Listening Circles, participants will gain invaluable insights and connections within the community. Through the Mentor/Mentee relationship, mentors can: 

• Offer meaningful impact by providing guidance, motivation, and support to mentees 
• Serve as a positive role model 
• Create long-lasting bonds
• Develop leadership skills 

Prospective mentors should be:

• >10 years of professional experience 
• Member of the LGBT+ community or a demonstrated LGBT+ Ally 
• Passionate and committed to guiding young professionals in their careers 
• Open to learn from their mentees 
• Able to join at least 3 out of 5 monthly sessions, at least 1 in-person session if they are based in Bangalore 

Through the Mentor/Mentee relationship, mentee can: 

• Receive guidance from seasoned mentors 
• Build confidence, self-esteem and become accountable for long term career goals 
• Create long-lasting bonds 
• Develop vital professional skills 

Prospective mentees should be: 

• 3-7 years of professional experience 
• Able to articulate their desired goals 
• Highly motivated and committed to drive their mentoring relationship and achieve professional success
• Able to join at least 5 out of 7 monthly sessions, at least 2 in-person session if they are based in Bangalore
