ENGAGE: Mentor Training Day

Kicking off the 2016 ENGAGE Programme, the 9^th year in a row, this event was designed to prepare the participating mentors for the upcoming 6 months of the programme. The training aimed to set the context and objectives of this programme for mentors, equip them with the skills and mindset necessary to succeed, and answer the most common questions that arise during the programme through discussion and role play.
