Caregiving goes beyond children and the elderly to include pets, Persons with Disabilities, siblings and partners. Given that 1 in 5 adults in India are caregivers, providing them with the right support and accommodations at the workplace is imperative.

In this public workshop, we will discuss how culture and intersectionality impact caregivers and do an in-depth exploration of caregiving challenges. The expert panel will explore the best practices from their organisations while giving an insight into policies and interventions.

Join this virtual panel discussion to gain a diverse perspective on how corporates can drive inclusion for caregivers in the workforce.
