Driving Cultural Change to Achieve Work-Life Balance

The 2010 State of Work-Life Balance in Hong Kong Survey highlighted that while there have been some improvements in employee’s attitudes and experience of work-life balance, on the whole progress remains painstakingly slow, despite Community Business' good work in this area. This is in part due to a number of barriers that exist which prevents work-life balance from becoming a reality for many organisations. This resource guide, an initiative of the Community Business Leadership Team (CBLT), identifies and addresses the key barriers to work-life balance as well as providing practical solutions companies can implement to tackle them, as advised by leading work-life balance experts from around the world.
