The State of Work-Life Balance in Hong Kong 2006 Survey
There was much talk about work-life balance in Hong Kong, however, there was surprisingly little research in this area. As such, Community Business decided to invest in research on the state of work-life balance in Hong Kong. Based on a random telephone survey of 1,519 employees in Hong Kong, the research looks into the working and living patterns of employees in Hong Kong, their satisfaction with work and life, and the problems with current work-life balance and desired solutions.
