With 12 years of contemplative practice, Marut has felt called to bring meditative practices to the workplace for as many executives in India as she can. After 26 years of corporate experience she left commercial ventures to devote herself to bringing mindfulness into workspace and create kind, calm and wise leaders.
Presently, Marut is the Country Director India and a Senior Consultant and Trainer with Potential Project International, a Global Leadership Services firm with presence in 28 countries. Her passion for mindful leadership has led her to bring the Mindful Leadership Summit to India three years in a row.
Marut will share the power of mindful leadership, highlighting how developing this model of leadership can not only transform our own lives, but our workplaces, our communities and the wider environment in which we operate.
