2019 Gender Diversity Benchmark for Asia

The Gender Diversity Benchmark for Asia (GDBA) was first introduced by Community Business in 2009. It was the first study of its kind to provide local data for organisations to assess and compare the gender representation of their workforce across job levels in key Asian markets. At the time, there was little data available in Asia, and the GDBA became a widely referenced resource that enabled companies to benchmark their progress on gender diversity.
